Jacques Génin Chesnut bûche and saint-honoré cakes.
I love how his cakes look so perfectly simple and taste just as they should. Those are really expensive but Génin is the best for classic french pastries in Paris in my opinion. (check out my pics of his mille-feuilles here and here).
