Home made milk chocolate cupcakes, attempt #1. I don’t like theĀ traditionalĀ butter frosting so I tried a kind of bavaroise frosting. It was the first time I made this kind of cream so I had troubles with my pastry bag.
This cream is lighter than a butter cream so I liked it very much. I tasted like a chocolate panacotta. However my cakes were a bit too dense, which didn’t go well with it.
